In this role, you will craft drinks, mix daiquiri's provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate possesses strong multitasking skills, and thrives in fast-paced settings. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise while engaging with diverse clientele. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage POS system SmartTab for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Experience in retail math, basic math calculations for cash handling and sales reporting is essential. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments.
