Job Description

About us The Pioneer on Long Lake is a family owned bar/restaurant/resort in Sarona, WI. We are fast-paced, high-volume, fun and social. We are looking for people to grow with our family business. We are currently seeking a bartender/server. You will work directly with customers. No experience necessary. Must have reliable transportation. Stop by today to pick up an application!

Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Use good judgment when dealing with customers, vendors, and management. Qualifications
  • No prior experience required
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions
  • Willingness to learn POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • Interest in bartending and serving
