Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-intoxication Restock bar supplies efficiently to ensure smooth service throughout shifts Handle cash transactions accurately and manage tabs with professionalism Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours Requirements Previous experience as a bartender needed, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment Certification in responsible beverage service or alcohol awareness training is a plus but not required; training provided if necessary A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset are vital for success in this lively setting
