Part-time, Full-time Position Overview:

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in delivering elevated guest experiences through expert beverage preparation, attentive service, and a refined understanding of hospitality. The Bartender will contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation Provide exceptional guest service by engaging patrons in a courteous and knowledgeable manner, offering thoughtful recommendations Maintain a well-organized, clean, and fully stocked bar environment Verify guest identification and ensure adherence to all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations Accurately process transactions using POS systems, handling cash and card payments with integrity Exercise sound judgment in monitoring guest consumption and maintaining a safe, responsible service environment Collaborate seamlessly with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to support efficient and high-quality service Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations

Qualifications:

Prior bartending or upscale hospitality experience preferred Comprehensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and composed demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Proficiency in basic math and transaction handling Must meet all legal requirements for alcohol service

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) Demonstrated passion for mixology and beverage innovation Commitment to delivering a high standard of guest satisfaction Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
