Bartender (High Volume Entertainment Venue) - Tee & Timber

Starting Pay:

$18.00/hr + tips (tips are in addition to hourly pay) Job Overview Tee & Timber is a high-energy entertainment venue (tech mini golf + axe throwing) with a bar and kitchen. We're hiring Bartenders who are fast, friendly, and consistent under pressure. If you're great with guests, keep a clean bar, and can handle a busy service with teamwork and urgency, you'll fit right in.

Schedule:

Tue-Sun (closed Mondays). Nights/weekends required.

Shift length:

Typically 6-8 hours.

We are a cashless venue. All transactions are processed through Toast POS . Responsibilities Welcome and engage guests with great energy and hospitality Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently to spec and in a timely manner Be knowledgeable on spirits, beer, wine, and common cocktail builds and ingredients Take drink orders, respond to guest questions, and recommend specialty drinks confidently Follow all alcohol laws, policies, and responsible service standards Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar (ice, garnishes, mixers, glassware, backups) Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs (liquor, beer, wine, supplies) Collaborate with the kitchen/team to coordinate food service when needed Assist with events/catering-style service when required Complete opening/closing duties: breakdown, cleaning, restock, and reset for the next shift Maintain a clean and safe work area and support the team during peak volume Qualifications 2+ years bartending experience preferred (or strong high-volume bar experience) Outgoing, professional, and comfortable talking to guests throughout the shift Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with basic math and operating a POS system (Toast experience is a plus) Knowledge of food safety standards and safe work habits Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to stand for extended periods, move quickly in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
