Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience and promote sales. Handle cash transactions, process payments securely, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for sales transactions and retail math tasks. Basic understanding of the food industry and hospitality standards is beneficial.
