Bartender/Barista

Now Hiring at Grizz's Bites and Brews We are looking for one person to join our team on a swing schedule, 4 days a week, with a mix of morning and evening shifts.

Morning shift:

6 AM to 2 PM Evening shift: 3 PM to 11

PM Schedule:

2 mornings and 2 evenings per week

Pay:

$16.00 per hour plus tips About the Role As a swing shift team member at Grizz's Bites and Brews, you'll work across both our café and bar operations, helping us deliver great food and drinks to our guests from early morning coffee to late-night pours. No two shifts are exactly the same, and we like it that way. What you'll be doing: Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing friendly, attentive guest service Operating the café side during morning shifts, including coffee and counter service Operating bar during evening shifts, serving drinks, making food, checking IDs, and keeping things running smoothly Keeping your work area clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout your shift Handling cash and card transactions accurately Working as part of a small, tight-knit team where everyone pitches in What we're looking for: Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a rotating schedule Able to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ to serve alcohol (Utah requirement) Food handlers card required Alcohol service certificate
