Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Cook and present food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high standards of food handling and cleanliness. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain a clean and organized bar and kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing retail math calculations for accurate sales reporting. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities during busy shifts. Promote a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business through friendly interaction and attentive service. Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless order entry and transaction processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques in both restaurant and catering settings. Experience in fine dining environments or banquet settings is highly desirable for delivering elevated service standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a lively nightclub or casual dining atmosphere. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing procedures. Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is a plus for enhancing guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members across food service, bartending, and event operations.
