Bartender/Seever

Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling expertise. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upsell opportunities. Maintain food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without compromising quality or service speed. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are ready for service. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and retail math calculations.
