Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at The Bear Brick in Little Valley, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests while contributing to our lively atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Process transactions accurately using POS systems Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service Promote special drinks or events to enhance customer experience. Qualifications • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the food industry Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros) is preferred Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
