Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS. Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while managing POS operations efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth service flow Engage with guests to promote sales of menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance their experience and increase revenue Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, retail math, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems, strong basic math skills are essential for accurate transactions Previous fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience will be advantageous; serving and food handling knowledge is important Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume shifts in fast-paced settings Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering functions Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued and appreciated!
