We are looking to add a bartender to our team with some cross training in serving. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere to our guests. We're looking for a dedicated and motivated bartender/server to join our team, someone who is skilled at selling food and drinks, takes direction well, and is committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience. Shifts are 1030am to 4/5pm and 4/5pm to 10/11pm. As a bartender and server at Elden's, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests by delivering top-notch service, accurately describing and recommending menu items, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout your shift. You will work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding the menu, including food and drink pairings. Take accurate orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Assist with setting and clearing tables, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant Take direction from the management team and adapt to any special requests or needs. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
