  • Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining setting, catering events, or banquets. Position is Day shift and breakfast. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere; provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate service during events or busy periods. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Experience in fine dining or catering environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with banquet service protocols is an asset. Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions accurately. Basic math skills for managing tabs and processing payments effectively. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is beneficial. Experience with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus. A background in the food industry will enhance your ability to thrive in this role.
