The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and managing bar operations efficiently. Your ability to handle cash, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized workspace will contribute to our guests' overall experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions to provide recommendations to guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management as necessary. Clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and work areas regularly to maintain a safe environment. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders promptly and addressing any concerns or requests. Assist in setting up for banquets or special events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the establishment. Prepare and serve simple food menu items. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Small Games of Chance experience is welcomed but not required.
