Bartlesville Logistics Coordinator II

Key Responsibilities Process and maintain customer, carrier, and product setup requests. Review requests for accuracy and completeness before processing. Coordinate with internal teams and terminal stakeholders to complete setups on time. Maintain accurate master data and operational records. Assist in troubleshooting carrier loading and terminal operation issues. Work with support and operations teams to identify and resolve problems. Monitor operational issues and escalate complex cases when needed. Track issues through resolution and support continuous operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with business operations, customer/carrier/product setup, or master data management. Familiarity with

SAP S/4HANA.
