Baseball / Softball Performance Coach & Instructor

Frozen Ropes USA is seeking passionate Baseball, Softball, and Performance Coaches/Instructors to join our growing organization across multiple locations in the United States and internationally. We are looking for individuals who want to bring their experience, energy, and passion for player development into a proven training environment focused on helping athletes grow both on and off the field. At Frozen Ropes, we value coaches who are open-minded, motivated, and eager to teach while continuing to learn. We encourage instructors to integrate their own knowledge and personality into our best-practice teaching model. Available Locations Roosevelt Island / NYC Long Island, NY Poughkeepsie, NY Bologna, Italy Chester, NY Natick, MA Albany, NY Dawsonville, GA What You'll Do Work directly with athletes of various ages and skill levels Coach baseball/softball fundamentals, game awareness, and performance development Lead lessons, camps, clinics, team training, and player development sessions Create a positive, energetic, and growth-focused training environment Support athlete development using the Frozen Ropes training methodology What We're Looking For Baseball or softball playing and/or coaching experience Passion for teaching and developing athletes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Industry certifications are NOT required — we value real playing, coaching, and teaching experience over certifications.
