This includes managing team members, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining product quality and safety standards, and achieving sales and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding customer service and uphold brand standards. Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management. Monitor food preparation, presentation, and sanitation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to control costs. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability. Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and quality assurance protocols. Recruit, schedule, and evaluate employees; foster a positive and efficient team culture. Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner. Coordinate with area or district managers on marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and operational improvements. Maintain cleanliness, equipment functionality, and a welcoming in-store atmosphere. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred). 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service, restaurant, or retail management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage costs effectively. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus). Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
