Bath and Shower Installer

We're a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company looking for a skilled Bath and Shower Installer who can take ownership of projects from start to finish and deliver high-quality work. You will assist with bathroom remodeling installations, help keep the job site clean and organized, support efficient project completion, and follow company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism. Responsibilities Assist with bathroom remodeling installations, including tub to shower conversions and shower replacements. Support the team with measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing acrylic wall systems, shower or tub pans, shower doors, toilets, LVP flooring, vanities, baseboards, quarter round, and related fixtures. Help prepare the work area, organize tools and materials, and keep the job site clean throughout the project. Assist with basic plumbing related tasks under direction from the Project Manager. Follow company standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism. Communicate respectfully with homeowners and help provide a positive customer experience. Help load, unload, carry, and organize tools and materials as needed. Compensation and Growth Starting pay range is $18 - $22 per hour. After a 90 day probationary period, pay will increase and transition into a salary position.
