Bath Systems Sales Rep

Position Description:

We are looking for full-time, in-home sales reps to work in the home improvement industry. The main area of focus will be designing and selling bathroom remodel systems. We are looking for serious inquiries of people who are ready to come in for an in person interview and will be ready for an immediate start. We are looking for a rep that can cover territory from Monmouth,NJ through Passaic, NJ. This is important because this is the location territory where in-home appointments will take place with our clients. Peach Design Build's pay plan is very rewarding with commissions and bonuses, which allows the opportunity to make over six figures within your first year. And we are looking for candidates with the ambition to surpass that! Preset appointments will be allocated to each rep where you will be able to run 2-3 appointments per day. You will be showing samples of our materials to display on the in home appointments, as well as using certain software that you will be trained on. Our training is not only during the onboarding phase but is provided on a weekly basis Needed for the position: 1. Authorized to work in the US 2. Valid driver's license and Vehicle 3. Smart phone (iOS or Android) 4. Laptop with at least windows 10 or 11 5. Preferably 1 year sales experience (In-home ideal) 6.
