Job SummaryTubKote is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Refinishing Technician to restore and reglaze bathtubs,tile surrounds, sinks, and related surfaces. This role is hands-on and requires precision, craftsmanship,and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and repairing chips or cracks
• Apply primers, bonding agents, and reglazing coatings using spray equipment
• Refinish bathtubs, tile surrounds, sinks, and countertops to TubKote quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures when handling coatings and chemicals
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Perform final inspections to ensure a flawless finish
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicleQualifications
• Experience in refinishing, painting, auto body, or similar trade preferred (training available)
• Ability to use spray equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license requiredPhysical Requirements
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in enclosed spaces while using proper PPEWork Environment
• Work performed at residential and commercial job sites
• Exposure to coatings and fumes (with proper protective equipment provided)
