  • Hydrographic Survey Operations
  • GIS Analysis & Modeling
  • Project Coordination and Team Collaboration What Success Looks Like
  • Delivering highly accurate and reliable hydrographic datasets
  • Producing polished GIS deliverables that support real-world dredging execution
  • Operating safely and professionally in demanding field environments

  • Embodying the PondMedics Core Values and the PondMedics Way in all relationships and responsibilities Role Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience with hydrographic surveying, GNSS systems, or geospatial workflows
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and GIS data processing
  • Experience with sonar-based hydrographic survey equipment and field data collection
  • Ability to safely operate aquatic vessels while collecting technical survey data
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly for field operations (travel subsistence provided)
  • Ability to lift and move equipment/materials up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments including heat, mud, water, and uneven terrain
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Preferred
  • Familiarity with HydroMagic software
  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
  • Experience with bathymetric modeling and dredging-related calculations
  • Familiarity with dredging operations, sediment management, or water resources
  • Experience working with engineering or environmental consulting teams This role brings value to the overall mission of the company by making our customers' success our passion.

The minimum requirements for this opportunity are:
