Job Description

BCBA Clinical Director About Claris:
Claris is a brand-new, high-quality ABA practice in Michigan with strong growth potential. We are building a collaborative, compassionate culture from the ground up, rooted in clinical excellence and true support for our team. We offer a unique, uncapped compensation model designed to reward your hard work and clinical oversight directly: 100% Insurance Reimbursement for all of your own direct billable hours. An Additional Percentage of the revenue generated by the RBTs you oversee and supervise.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Growth & Culture:
Establish clinical workflows and a compassionate, employee-first environment from day one.
Clinical Excellence:
Oversee the development and quality assurance of all behavior intervention plans and assessments.
RBT Supervision:
Recruit, onboard, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality care.
Caseload Management:
Maintain your own clinical caseload while expanding the clinic's reach.
Requirements:
Active BCBA Certification in good standing. Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Michigan. 3+ years of post-certification experience, with a background in a supervisory or lead role. Strong leadership capabilities and a passion for building positive workplace cultures.
