Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting elementary students with a contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This assignment covers the remainder of the current school year and extends through the first semester of the upcoming school year, offering you the chance to make a lasting impact within a vibrant educational setting near Framingham, MA. This full-time position focuses on a caseload of 24 inclusion students in kindergarten through third grade, as well as five students in a specialized sub-separate classroom. The schedule ranges from 37.5 to 40 hours weekly, with an immediate start date and coverage needed through June 22.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active BCBA licensure Demonstrated experience or knowledge in school-based settings Strong background working with elementary-aged children, particularly grades K-3 Public school experience is highly valued Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Committed to supporting inclusive and specialized learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide behavioral support, assessment, and data-driven intervention planning for students in both inclusion and sub-separate settings Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create individualized behavior plans Guide and train school personnel in effective strategies and interventions Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet evolving student needs Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district protocols
