Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and valid BCBA certification is required Experience providing behavioral analysis services in schools or pediatric settings is highly valued Ability to assess student needs, develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans, and track progress Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with team members, teachers, administrators, and families Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality Willingness to work in-person and start as soon as possible

Responsibilities Include:
