Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take the next step in your career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working part-time during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers 20-25 hours per week, supporting a school community near New Brockton, AL. Your expertise will make a significant impact, helping students thrive by implementing effective behavioral interventions and providing staff with vital guidance.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Background in working with school-aged children Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to supervise and support behavior aides or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple cases
Primary Responsibilities:
