Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact this summer! Take on a vital role supporting students from Pre-K through 8th grade in an engaging Extended School Year (ESY) program. You'll work on a contract basis, four days a week (Monday-Thursday), helping ensure continued student growth and positive outcomes.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Previous experience in a school environment is essential Comfortable managing a Pre-K-8th grade caseload Strong ability to collaborate with education professionals, families, and support staff Excellent communication, assessment, and data analysis skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect behavioral support to students during the ESY program Collaborate with teachers and staff to assess student needs and develop effective behavioral interventions Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to school personnel Maintain accurate data, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school standards Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment for all students
