Job Description

Overview Bean & Bread Attendant A Bean & Bread Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting coffee shop atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Assist guests in taking their order accurately; provide information about menu items, promotions, and specials. Follow recipe guidelines to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Maintain a clean and inviting environment; ensure all supplies are organized and well stocked. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling transactions. Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages is a plus.
