Beauty Advisor/Cashier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Beauty Advisor/ Cashier to join our team at The Face Shop Hawaii (all locations). As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling Korean beauty products, and working closely with our team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Utilize your knowledge of skincare and cosmetics to provide personalized product recommendations to customers.
• Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and sales skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and stock the store effectively, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients.
• Utilize computer system to manage inventory, track sales, and maintain customer records, and cashier.
• Provide support to the team.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekdays.
• No experience necessary. Paid training provided.
• Bilingual preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Passion for new and trendy beauty products.

Skills:

• English (speak, read, and write).
• Basic math and cash handling skills
