What You'll Do :

Greet and check in guests while creating a welcoming experience Conduct consultations to understand guest needs Recommend services, Wax Pass® packages & products Drive guest retention through rebooking conversations Support center flow from check-in to checkout Maintain a polished, professional environment

What This Role Requires:

This is a sales + performance-driven role, not just customer service.

You'll be expected to: Work in a fast-paced, structured environment Meet and exceed sales and rebooking goals Consistently recommend services, packages, and products Deliver a professional and elevated guest experience Stay organized, efficient, and solution-oriented Contribute to team goals (Guest Retention, Retail, Services, Wax Passes) Follow all EWC brand and sanitation standards Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally) Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged periods during scheduled shifts Pay & Perks $13/hour + uncapped commission on Wax Pass Sales + bi-weekly bonuses Top performers earn $1,250-$2,500+ monthly through consistent performance and sales results Performance-driven role with earning potential to match Paid training + ongoing development Free brow wax monthly + product discounts Fun, team-driven culture that celebrates results

Schedule Requirements:

AM + PM availability

Part-Time:

2 to 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day

Full-Time:
