Bartending Full Job Description Job-Type:

Temporary Summer Beertender Positions, Part-Time or Full Time Hours Available What We're Looking For We are currently looking for service-minded Beer Tenders, preferably with experience in venue or high volume spaces, for a pop up location running from June-September. Location will have frequent programming and large audience events. Applicants must have some service industry experience and some knowledge about different styles of beer. Above all, applicants must be reliable, able to provide excellent customer service and have a great work ethic. We are a team-oriented company and value what everyone brings to the table. Qualifications & Responsibilities Greet customers and welcome them to the space Interact with guests and develop positive customer relationships. Answer questions and educate guests about Métier Brewing, our beer styles, our mission, and our history Experience with POS systems Obtain a MAST permit and regularly ID patrons to ensure compliance with the law Promote merchandise, to-go beer, events, and daily specials Complete all paperwork involved in day-to-day operations Maintain comfort and cleanliness throughout the taproom, storage areas, cooler, kids play area, and restrooms Attend staff meetings, events, and other functions, as needed Work as a team to accomplish daily tasks and opening and closing duties Applicants should be of legal drinking age (21 years or older) Physical Requirements Able to lift or move 40 lbs Stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) How to Apply Please send a resumé, along with a brief paragraph about why you'd be a good fit for the job.
