A CDL-A and at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience is required! West Coast and back ( So-cal, Nor-cal, PNW ) Dedicated outbound freight New drivers will expect to make up to $80,000 in their first year! 2020 and newer Volvo VNL 860's (Loaded, fridge, inverter, double-bunk, etc.) Real team trucks! 70 mph cruise Average 4800 miles a week Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, short term/long term disability, 401k with company match and more. Rates as low as $40/week for full coverage per person! Stop pay, detention pay, performance bonus, and longevity bonuses How we differ from the rest of the competition: What we do is provide the LTL OTR Team capabilities to move the dedicated outbound freight to the West Coast. We will have outbound freight for you like clockwork. Our dispatch team searches tirelessly from the moment we have confirmation of your trip plan to find you a backhaul into the yard here in Holland, Michigan. We know that your home away from home is an essential part of your day-to-day and provide in-house maintenance to our fleet to address any issues that may arise on your truck during or after your trip each week in order to keep you moving.
