Job Description

Clinic- based and classroom support early intervention ages 2-10 At Karing Kids Autism Clinic, we are passionate about helping children grow, communicate and thrive though compassionate, play based ABA services. We are seeking dedicated and energetic Behavior Technicians to join our team in a unique setting that provides support for both clinic only clients and children participating in classroom based programming. As a Behavior technician, You will work one on one and in small group settings with children ages 2-10, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging enviornment. What you'll do Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies Support children in clinic sessions, classroom activities and social learning enviornments Collect data on goals and behaviors during sessions. Encourage positive behaviors through play, structure, and reinforcement Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, teachers, and families to support each child's progress Create a safe, fun, and nurturing enviornment for every child What we are looking for Passion for working with children and making a difference Positive attitude, Patience, and strong communication skills Ability to stay active, engaged, and interactive throughout session Experience with children or ABA is a plus, but not required Reliable team-oriented and eager to learn Why Join Karing Kids Autism Clinic Oppertunities for growth and advancement On going support Meaningful and rewarding work Supportive team enviornment Full time opportunities wage increase after 90 days Vision and Dental insurance
