$20-$30/hour (based on experience) About Us At Archways ABA, we are dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental needs reach their full potential through high-quality, individualized care. Our team provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive, family-centered environment. We are growing and looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Work on communication, behavior, and daily living skills Track and record session data accurately Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child's progress No Experience? No Problem. We provide a paid 40-hour RBT training course to get you certified and confident before working independently. You'll receive ongoing supervision and support from experienced clinicians.
