As a Behavior Technician for Life Alliance you will join us on this mission by providing direct care support to the members that we serve in the Iredell County area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Teaching and assisting members in activities of daily living in the home and community
• Assisting with members personal care needs
• Empowering members to gain independence
• Providing transportation as needed
• Completing documentation of services via our digital records system

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable background checks and driving records
• Reliable transportation with proper insurance and valid driver's license
• Access to smartphone for documentation entry
• Completion of First Aid/CPR and other required training

Job Benefits:

• $17.00 per hour
