Flexible Schedule:
Part-time hours after school and on some weekends—fit the job to your life. What You'll Do Deliver expert-designed ABA care under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to children with special needs. Collect and analyze data to coach progress and refine treatment plans. Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliant) and accurate documentation. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for truly holistic support. Educate and empower families to reinforce progress at home. You're a Great Fit If You Have 1-2 years' experience in ABA or behavioral therapy (preferred).working with children of special needs. Bring foundational knowledge of ABA principles and strong documentation skills. Have prior experience using EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems—a plus. RBT certification is a plus. Are available a minimum of 10 hours per week as a behavior technician. Enjoy working with children or those with behavioral challenges. Communicate with empathy and clarity in both written and verbal forms. Care deeply about protecting client privacy and providing ethical care.
