Supervision for BCBA Candidates with NO Financial Stipulation Career Path Opportunities Referral Bonus Program Life Insurance Coverage at No Cost to the Employee Weekly Paycheck Direct Deposit RBT Certification - Upon hire, every Behavior Technician will receive a comprehensive ABA Training Program that meets the coursework requirement to become an RBT as well as additional fieldwork training and competency checks. Application and Certification costs are paid for by Gateway at no cost to the Behavior Technician. Once a Behavior Technician becomes certified, the technician will receive an increased pay rate. BT/RBT Supervision - All Behavior Technician's and Registered Behavior Technician's will receive consistent and ongoing supervision with a BCBA that exceeds the minimum requirement of supervision set forth in the BACB Standards of Supervision. Gateway's standard rate of supervision is 15%-20%.

Overview of Position:

Work directly in the clinic, community-based settings, and/or client's home implementing individualized treatment plan written and supervised by a BCBA Continuously monitor client's response to treatment through data collection methods written and supervised by a BCBA Receive supervision from a BCBA while providing direct services

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance Employment is subject to criminal background check Own vehicle or access to own reliable transportation Associate's Degree in Psychology, Education or Special Education, or mental health related field preferred. Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred. Minimum of one year of experience working with children or adolescents Bilingual is a plus Experience in ABA, PFA/SBT, and Verbal Behavior is preferred but not required Gateway ABA Therapy LLC is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
