If you're passionate about working with children with autism and developmental disabilities — and you want a role where your language skills directly impact families — this is it. You'll implement individualized behavior intervention plans, track client progress, and work alongside a clinical team that's committed to measurable outcomes and meaningful care. No two days look the same, and the work you do here matters. What You'll Do Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA principles with children on the autism spectrum and with other developmental disabilities. Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and inform clinical decision-making. Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and toileting.g Facilitate skill acquisition and social skills development tailored to each client's goals. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.s Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams to update individualized care plans. Use your Spanish fluency to communicate directly with clients and families — this is a genuine need, not a bonus.
