Job Description

GracePoint Community Services is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable individuals to join our growing Autism Services team serving children and families across Eastern North Carolina.
We are currently hiring for:
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Behavior Technicians (BTs) willing to complete RBT training and certification This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

IDEAL BACKGROUNDS
We strongly encourage applicants with experience in the following areas to apply: Teacher Assistants Exceptional Children (EC) Classroom Staff Daycare or Preschool Staff Human Services Professionals Psychology or Social Work Students CNAs / DSPs / Residential Staff Youth Counselors Behavioral Health Technicians Individuals with experience working with children or developmental disabilities
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children in home, school, clinic, or community settings Implement treatment plans developed by a
BCBA/LBA
Collect and document behavioral data accurately Support children with communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Maintain professionalism and positive communication with families Participate in ongoing supervision and training
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Must be willing to complete RBT certification if not already certified Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Ability to pass background checks Strong communication and professionalism required Must be dependable, coachable, and comfortable working with children CPR/First Aide

Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
