Behavioral Health Practitioner (Level 2 / no client caseload)

We are currently hiring for one full-time position and one part-time position, that will include part of every other weekend. It will be a hybrid of the morning and evening shifts. We provide 90 days of residential treatment, focusing on crisis stabilization, symptom management, and the development of coping strategies to persons who have been diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses, as well as co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include meeting with residents for daily rehabilitative encounters, passing medications, running groups and group activities, writing up progress notes and hourly safety checks. Qualifications Behavioral Health Practitioners (Level 1 / no client caseload) work under the direction of a mental health professional and must meet the following: Successful completion of MN Background Study Is at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license Computer literate Have a bachelor's degree in a human services field and 2,000 hours experience
