Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Behavioral Health Program Manager. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and community-focused Outpatient Program Manager to lead our operations. In this role, you will be the primary clinical and administrative leader for a facility that serves as a vital lifeline for the Apalachicola community. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive behavioral health services, with a specific focus on substance use, co-occurring disorders, and life-saving recovery medical treatments.
Key Responsibilities Clinical & Operational Leadership:
Direct the daily operations of the outpatient center, ensuring high-quality service delivery and efficient staff coordination.
Program Oversight:
Manage a diverse service portfolio, including individual and group counseling for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
MAT Program Management:
Supervise the implementation and growth of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals navigating addiction recovery.
Community Integration:
Serve as the local liaison for Franklin County, building strong relationships with local healthcare providers, law enforcement, and social service agencies to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Compliance & Quality:
Maintain rigorous standards of documentation and care in alignment with state licensing and national accreditation requirements.
Team Mentorship:
Provide clinical supervision and professional development for counselors and support staff, fostering a trauma-informed and mission-driven culture.
Qualifications Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field is required.
Licensure:
LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (Active Florida License) is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in behavioral health or substance use treatment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Pay:
$55,430.47
