Behavioral Health Tech Lead

We are currently seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Lead to support both client care and team coordination across all shifts .

Pay Rate:

$16/hr (+shift differential) Position Overview The BHT Lead plays an essential role in supporting daily operations, guiding teammates, and ensuring high-quality client care . This role is ideal for candidates with behavioral health, healthcare, or leadership experience who want to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Team Support & Shift Coordination Lead and support Behavioral Health Technicians during assigned shifts Ensure completion of daily BHT responsibilities Communicate important updates during shift handoffs Assist with staff scheduling and shift coverage Client Care & Behavioral Health Support Complete client intake and admissions process Observe and document self-administration of medication Support individualized treatment plans and daily routines Monitor client behavior and provide appropriate responses Transportation & Daily Living Support Provide safe and reliable client transportation (when required) Assist with meals and dietary needs Coordinate and support client activities and programming Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate client documentation and records Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards Complete all required trainings and duties Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work flexible shifts Preferred Qualifications Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment Background in healthcare, caregiving, or leadership roles Key Skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to stay calm in high-pressure or crisis situations Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Passion for helping others in a recovery-focused environment Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
