The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus Great Schedule for Busy Professionals or Students! 3-5 days each week, 40 hours total — evenings & overnights (with sleep segments!) We provide full training and hands-on experience — perfect for students, career changers, or professionals looking to build a future in education, psychology, or human services. As a BHT, you'll: Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Assist with educational program and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Receive paid training and coaching

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver's License + personal vehicle American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)

training — Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
