As a BHT, you'll: Teach communication, social, and daily living skills (ADLs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Build positive relationships and celebrate every success Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and clinicians Assist with educational program and Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Receive paid training and coaching

What You'll Need:

High School Diploma or equivalent Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors Valid Driver's License + personal vehicle American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
