September 16, 2025 About the Role Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to join our ABA team in North Hills, PA. This full‑time role offers competitive billable pay, travel compensation, non‑billable supervision/training hours, and opportunities for professional development. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work one‑on‑one with children and adolescents ages 2‑21 who have serious emotional or behavioral challenges. You'll travel daily to clients' homes, schools, or other service locations, follow prescribed treatment plans, implement behavioral interventions, and support parents and caregivers. Responsibilities Deliver direct ABA therapy one‑on‑one under supervision of a Behavioral Consultant Follow treatment plans, implement behavioral interventions and consequences in home, school, or community settings Educate and train parents, caregivers, and young adults in behavior‑management and positive reinforcement techniques Maintain professional boundaries and promote client independence rather than dependency on services Travel as needed daily to clients' service settings Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and current auto insurance Ability to clear PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI background clearances CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to obtain Compensation & Benefits Billable rate: $23.25/hour; non‑billable training/supervision at $10.00/hour; travel rate $8.00/hour Paid vacation days increasing with tenure Separate sick leave that rolls over each year Up to 10 paid holidays (varies by state/county) Medical, dental, and vision benefit options
