Job Description
Therapist - Willow House Assessment Center Homebased Services and Resources - Willow House is looking for a passionate and skilled Therapist to join our Assessment Center team. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced, crisis-focused environment and are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
What You'll Do:
Provide crisis intervention services (in-person and by phone) Conduct clinical assessments and determine level of care needs Deliver individual, group, and family therapy Complete intakes, bio-psycho-social assessments, and treatment planning Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on treatment and discharge planning Connect clients with community resources and ongoing supports Maintain timely and accurate documentation (same-day required)What We're Looking For:
Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) OR license-eligible and actively in supervisionPreferred:
3+ years experience in child welfare, crisis services, or behavioral health Training in evidence-based practices (multiple preferred) Strong skills in crisis intervention, clinical assessment, and teamwork Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced settingsSchedule & Work Environment:
30 hours per week Preferred schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday On-call/crisis response as needed Collaborative, team-oriented environmentCompensation & Benefits:
Starting at $80,000 annually (based on experience and employment status) Benefits available for eligible employees Flexible employment options (full-time or contract)Note:
Clinicians under supervision must be classified as employeesAdditional Requirements:
