Monroeton, PA Schedule:

Full-time, M-F 8:15am-3:30pm

Caseload:

K-9, Autistic Support and Emotional Support classrooms

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Services and experience working with children with behavioral challenges. Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred.

Behavioral Health Workers provide behavior support to all students within the classroom, support individual behavioral plans and interventions, run daily social-emotional groups, provide direct behavioral instruction, and model appropriate behavior for students. What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Social Services is required Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis A minimum of one-year experience working with children with behavioral challenges Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred Completion of the 40 hour RBT training is highly preferred. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
