Job Description:

We are hiring a Bench Scientist to support laboratory-based research and development activities within a biotech/pharma environment. This role is ideal for hands-on scientists who enjoy executing experiments, analyzing data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and scientific investigations. Key Responsibilities Execute laboratory experiments to support R D and technical investigations Perform sample preparation and analysis using analytical techniques Conduct assays including ELISA and related bioanalytical methods Document experimental procedures and results in compliance with GLP standards Analyze data, troubleshoot experiments, and support method optimization Collaborate with scientists and project teams to drive results Basic Qualifications Master's degree preferred (No PhD candidates) in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience Strong experience with ELISA and analytical lab techniques Experience working in GLP or regulated environments Strong documentation and data interpretation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in biotech/pharma R D or analytical labs Familiarity with method development and troubleshooting Strong teamwork and communication skills
