Job Description:

This is a laboratory?based role supporting assay development activities. The ideal candidate will be slightly above entry level, with hands?on laboratory experience and strong interpersonal skills. This is not a QC lab role; work will involve novel and evolving methods, requiring adaptability and a strong learning mindset. Must?

Have Technical Skills Hands?on experience running ELISA assays Experience with MSD platform preferred (ELISA experience acceptable if MSD is not available) Strong basic laboratory skills, including: Pipetting, Buffer preparation, General lab techniques and documentation Ability to follow experimental protocols and ask appropriate scientific questions Preferred / Plus Skills Experience with assay development concepts (e.g., antibody titration, optimization, sub?saturating conditions) Experience preparing and characterizing reagents: Antibody biotinylation HABA assay or equivalent techniques Familiarity with laboratory automation (e.g., Hamilton, Integra, or similar systems) Experience using or exposure to LIMS / electronic lab notebooks Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus Experience Level Targeting 2-4 years of relevant lab experience
