Full Time, Non-Exempt Job Overview:

The Beverage Cart Attendant will serve beverages to guests, maintain inventory counts, and provide excellent customer service. This attendant will incorporate safe work practices and follow standard operating procedures. This position is located in Ridgedale, MO at Ozarks Heritage Preserve at Top of the Rock. Primary Functions Stocks bar or Beverage Cart, serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed. Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. Performs opening and closing checklists. Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. Physical Demands Frequently standing Frequently lifts to 25 pounds. Occasionally may lift to 50 pounds. Able to work in outside weather conditions of heat and cold.
