As a Beverage Manager , you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service, creating an exceptional dining experience for every guest. With a focus on both team support and operational excellence, you'll oversee the dining floor during peak periods, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Training :

Train and supervise associates, upholding food and beverage standards to consistently deliver exceptional service.

Service Standards & Sanitation :

Ensure that dining areas meet stringent cleanliness and sanitation standards, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff.

Alcohol Service Compliance :

Oversee alcohol service, ensuring team adherence to local laws, and provide TIPS certification training to associates.

Inventory & Cost Control :

Manage beverage purchasing and inventory while implementing cost control procedures to optimize efficiency.

Guest Experience & Feedback :

Engage with guests, resolve concerns, and respond to feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
