Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage offerings, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options. Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards. Handle payments and operate point of sale systems efficiently. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any queries or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

• Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Basic math skills and proficiency with point of sale systems. A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
